How do I fire a Coach?
We find that the number one reason for broken coaching relationships is lack of due diligence before hiring the coach. So if you haven’t yet hired a coach, please take the time to ask all your questions, have a sample 30 minute coaching session and be sure this is a person you can trust.
So what if you didn’t fully vet your coach and are now unhappy?
First of all talk to your coach. Share your concerns and/or feelings. Be clear and direct. If you don’t feel comfortable with the relationship it may deter your progress even if your coach is technically capable.
